Let us introduce ourselves. We’re Ann-Marie and Howard, True’s founders.

After long careers working in-house, we came together to set up True because we shared a belief that change works better when you do it with people, not to them.

We bring together our experience in internal communication, organisational change, employee engagement and organisational listening to help organisations take a more people-centred approach to change.

That means listening to people, understanding what might get in the way and using communication and behavioural insight to help build understanding, trust and action.
