The Problem
Organisations invest significant time, money and energy in change, yet too often it doesn’t deliver the results it was designed to achieve.
People may understand what’s changing but awareness doesn't automatically lead to action.
If you want people to adopt new ways of working, follow new processes or make different choices, you need to understand why behaviour happens—and design change that works with human psychology, not against it.
This practical, live masterclass will help you move beyond information campaigns to influencing what people think, feel and do, using proven behavioural science.
This bootcamp is for you if:
You're communicating organisational or workplace change but aren't seeing the behaviour you need.
You're being asked to increase adoption or engagement and want to understand what is really getting in the way.
You want to move beyond awareness campaigns and communication outputs towards measurable behavioural outcomes.
You want practical behavioural science tools without needing to become a behavioural scientist.
You work in internal communication, change, HR, employee experience, policy or engagement and want to apply behavioural thinking to real organisational challenges.
By the end of this bootcamp, you will be able to:
Apply behavioural science to real communication and change challenges
Define clear behavioural objectives (not just comms outputs)
Diagnose why behaviours aren’t happening using COM‑B
Design interventions that make change easier and more likely
Test, measure and optimise campaigns in real time
Produce a practical, behaviourally informed change or campaign plan
Over three mornings, we’ll take you from understanding behaviour to designing change that sticks
Morning 1 — Understand & Diagnose
Explore why behaviour matters to successful change and how people really make decisions. You’ll learn how to turn business and communication goals into clear behavioural objectives, before using COM-B and the Behaviour Change Wheel to diagnose what’s helping or getting in the way.
Morning 2 — Design & Influence
Turn your diagnosis into practical interventions. You’ll use EAST to explore how to make desired behaviours easier and more likely, reduce friction, develop behaviourally informed messages, and choose channels and tactics that support the behaviour you want to see.
Morning 3 — Test, Measure & Apply
Learn how to test your ideas before scaling them, measure behaviour rather than just communication outputs, and build stakeholder support for your approach. We’ll also explore how to embed behavioural science into your everyday communication and change practice.
